Return & Exchange Policy

At nexoluxar, every jersey is custom-made to match your vision. Because of this, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.


1. Custom Orders

All custom jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing error
  • The item is significantly different from your approved design

Please double-check your size, spelling, numbers, and design before placing your order.


2. Reporting Issues

If your order arrives with any problems:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email support@nexoluxar.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Once verified, we will repair, replace, or remake your item at no extra cost

3. Non-Custom Items

For non-custom products (such as accessories or blank jerseys):

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, your jersey enters production and cannot be canceled

5. Return Shipping

  • We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • For eligible returns of non-custom items, customers cover return shipping costs
